Jessica + Taylor : Lenora’s Legacy Wedding

You couldn’t have asked for a better setting for Jessica and Taylor’s beautiful May wedding. For their venue they chose Lenora’s Legacy and i totally see why. Lenora’s Legacy is located just minutes from Greenville and Spartanburg in Campobello,SC and has a distinct Southern charm reminiscent of the old South. Pecan and cherry trees are spread throughout the property overlooking the meadow where the couple was married. Their reception was just a short walk away in a pavilion made from a converted peach shed. The setting was truly something straight out of an issue from Southern Bride. Jessica looked amazing in her dress from David’s Bridal. And i must say she was one of the happiest, laid back brides we have ever had the pleasure of working with.

We spent some time pre wedding with Jessica and her bridesmaids in the meadow taking photos, then did the same with Taylor and the groomsmen both of which turned out amazing. After the couple exchanged gifts it was soon time for the ceremony. This was one of those days where the light was in the right place at the right time and i LOVE the way the light was falling during her bridal entrance. It is hands down one of the main reasons i love outdoor weddings. Sunlight is still and always will be the best light when its available.

After a heartfelt ceremony led by pastor Lance Martin (also Jessica’s brother) it was on to the Peach Shed Pavilion for the reception. The Party Machine kept it rocking and fun as always. Seriously….those guys do an AWESOME job. All in all it was a perfect day for a perfect couple. Yet another reminder of why we love doing what we do. It’s days like this.
