Sumter, SC Wedding – Tiffany + Nick
We love getting the chance to shoot weddings out of town. It gives us a chance to do something new, meet new people, and work with some great vendors that we don’t see as often. When Tiffany contacted us about covering her Sumter, SC wedding we were excited to get back to Sumter. We have shot other weddings there before and love the landscape of the city. And after talking with Tiffany it was evident that this was going to be an awesome day.
We met the girls that morning at Graham Baptist Church. Upon walking into the building you could feel the history of this church. The sanctuary was gorgeous and I found the perfect window in the back to hang her dress for some photos. After the girls got ready we spent some time with them outside for some photos, then did the same with the guys. The weather was absolutely perfect.
After a beautiful ceremony and some family photos we took the wedding party outside for a few shots before heading to the reception. Tiffany and Nick were introduced with the rest of the wedding party and immediately shared their first dance. After cutting the cake and mingling with some guests we took them outside for what was one of the best sunsets I have seen it quite sometime. What makes it even better is the flat landscape in Sumter. In Greenville, it is rare that we find a place so flat that you can capture the entire horizon for sunset.
At the end of the night the reception was brought to a close with a sparkler leave, then the bride and groom drove off into the night in a vintage Ford Falcon convertible. It was the perfect end to a perfect evening.
We had such a great time with Tiffany and Nick! Please enjoy some of my favorites from the day!

I love some of the shots we got at golden hour. The light was perfect!
I l We were blessed with an amazing sunset! And the flat landscape of the farm next door to the church made for the perfect backdrop for some epic photos!
How cool is that vintage Ford Falcon! It was a must that we took some photos of Tiffany and Nick in the car, especially since that was the car that they left the reception in!
Love these monogrammed shoes! So many personal details really make a huge difference.
I was blown away by the intricate details of the wedding reception. They did a complete transformation on this room and it was amazing! It truly looked like something out of a bridal magazine.
I
Glass bottle cokes and peanuts, what a neat idea for a wedding favor!
Tiffany was absolutely stunning in her dress!
We say it all the time, it’s all about the details. The monogrammed sashes on the bridesmaids dresses were a nice touch.
At the end of the wedding reception TIffany and Nick made their grand exit through a sea of sparklers into a vintage Ford Falcon convertible for their leave. It was epic!
