Falls Park on the Reedy Engagement – Audrey + Michael – Greenville,SC Engagement Photographer

One of my favorite times to be in Falls Park on the Reedy in downtown Greenville, SC is early Sunday morning.  It is so peaceful this time of the week. The normal downtown crowds are minimal and the summer weather is amazing. Hence the perfect time for an engagement session.

From the initial meeting with Audrey, I knew that her and Michael were going to be fun to work with. If I remember correctly the meeting went over like an hour long because we just sat there talking about anything and everything.  We truly are blessed with the best couples to work with.

We met Audrey and Michael on the other side of the park near the Wyche Pavilion to start off the morning. We started early to avoid the heat because the high for the day was going to be in the upper 90’s, which when you combined that with the Greenville humidity makes for a hot day to be talking photos in the park.  After some time at the Wyche pavilion we strolled over to the steps in front of the Peace Center for a few shots there. Did I mention that I LOVE shooting this time of day in the park. Seriously not only is the weather great, but the number one reason is that the park is not crowded.  Even when we went to the other side of the park near the falls there were very few people out and about yet.

Audrey and Michael were such pros at this and were up for trying anything. You can tell the first minute you are around these two how perfect they are for each other. We had such a great time hanging out with them and hearing all about their upcoming wedding in August. We can’t wait to capture it!
