Sarah’s bridal session in the rose garden at Furman University was one of my favorite sessions of the year so far. When the day began it looked as if we might not get to shoot it because of a threat of rain. That has pretty much been the story for most of our sessions in Greenville,SC this summer. We have had such a wet season it isn’t funny. Because of crazy schedules and the fact that Sarah had to drive 5 hours to get to Greenville we decided that the show must go on and we would take our chances with the weather and we were rewarded with an amazing day and some amazing light! The rose garden at Furman has always been one of my favorite locations for bridal sessions in Greenville. It is an amazing backdrop year round and never disappoints but I digress.
Sarah was an absolute dream to work with. Not only was she amazing in front of the camera but she was a lot of fun to be around. And she even gets bonus points for answering all of my numerous questions about her career. But in my defense how often to you get to spend the afternoon with a fighter pilot! Seriously she was a total rockstar and it has been hard to wait to share these until after the wedding. Please enjoy some of my favorite photos from this beyond amazing session!
