I can’t even begin to explain how happy it makes me when our future bride and groom’s show up for an engagement session and they completely trust the process. Now I know that might sound like a total football coach thing to say but you all know how much I love to use sports analogies. I guess what I am trying to say is that they trust us 100 percent to deliver some amazing moments and are down for whatever it takes to get them. Erika and George were definitely that couple. When we met up for their West End Greenville engagement session I knew from the first press of the shutter that it was going to be a good day. We spent some time in Falls Park and then down the streets of the West End Historic district chasing the light until there was none left. Along the way we chatted about everything under the sun and had a hilarious moment I will never forget by the infamous roots tree…. but that is a completely different story.
I had a blast with these two and am stoked that they chose us to document their amazing journey together. I can’t wait for their wedding in 2018!
Please enjoy some of my favorites from this amazing engagement session!

We had an amazing sunset for their engagement session downtown!
After the sun had set we had to stop on the way back at the Warehouse Theatre for this shot. Glad we did because it turned out epic!
I love their expressions in this photo! They look so happy!
What you don’t see in this photo is that there was an older gentleman just to the left of them singing an Al Green song to them right there on the street. Seriously I can’t make this up!
