Haley’s Myrtle Beach bridal session was one of my favorite sessions of the year so far. It is always fun when we get to travel to new locations that we haven’t been before to shoot. When Haley mentioned wanting to do her bridals at the coast we reached out to a few locations and the staff at Caledonia was by far the nicest and most prompt at returning phone calls . We can’t thank them enough for being so great to work with. From the moment we drove into the property and were greeted with the insanely gorgeous row of live oaks I knew we had made the right choice.
We actually drove through miles of thunderstorms getting there only for the sky to open up and be a perfect shade of blue as soon as we reached Pawley’s Island. From there it was smooth sailing. Haley was an absolute dream to work with. Perfect bride, perfect dress, perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for more. Please enjoy some of my favorites from Haley’s Myrtle Beach bridal session.

The entrance to Caledonia Golf Club was the perfect spot to start this bridal session. The road was lined with several live oak trees covered with Spanish moss hanging from them. It was truly breathtaking.
Haley was so much fun to work with. I think her personality totally comes through in these photos.
I love the intricate detail on the back of her wedding dress. Haley looked absolutely amazing in it!
We spent some time on the steps of the clubhouse before going around back to take a few shots overlooking the beautiful golf course.
As the sun got lower in the sky we had some amazing light to play with. I love the way it makes her veil glow as it blows in the wind.
We were blessed with an amazing sunset over the Waccamaw River.
As the sun set we ended the evening with some epic back lit shots of the bride.
