Old Cigar Warehouse Wedding – Brandi + Alex – Greenville,SC Wedding Photographer
Brandi and Alex’s Old Cigar Warehouse wedding was one that I was waiting for all year. They have been an absolute joy to work for through the entire process. From the very beginning I knew this day was going to be amazing and boy was I right. Everything couldn’t have been more perfect. Start with an amazing couple that is madly in love with each other and add to that perfect fall weather in downtown Greenville,SC , one of our favorite venues The Old Cigar Warehouse, family and friends ready to have a good time, and a vendor dream team. Oh and I almost forgot a surprise visit by the mascot of the number #1 team, the Clemson Tiger himself!
We met the girls in the early afternoon at the Old Cigar Warehouse where Katie from Cotton Rouge was doing her magic with hair and makeup. Seeing her always brings a smile to my face as she does an amazing job and is the best to work with. We spent some time shooting some getting ready shots and the details. The Old Cigar Warehouse has one of my favorite places to hang a wedding dress on their epic staircase. It always makes for great shots. After the makeup was done it was time for Brandi to put on the dress and head outside for some fun photos of her and the bridesmaids on the deck. The girls were a lot fun and everybody was in such a contagiously great mood. Days like this remind me how much I love my job. After some time with the girls it was the guys turn to pose for some shots outside and show off their matching American Flag socks.
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. They both wrote their own vows and I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house. After some photos out on Main St. we headed in for some family shots and it was time to party. The reception was perfect as well. Amazing food, good times, and Uptown Entertainment kept the party going. The crowd especially rose to there feet when there was a surprise visit from the Clemson Tiger. The whole place erupted into the Clemson chant while the sounds of Tiger Rag played on. He was even cool enough to go outside for some photos with the couple! The end of the night was brought to a class by their grand exit through a sea of ribbon wands.
I can’t thank Brandi and Alex enough for choosing us to document this truly amazing event. It has been a pleasure getting to know them and their families and I can’t wait to see where life takes them. Please enjoy some of my favs from the day!
