What do you get when you have a really fun couple, a farm out in the country, a gorgeous afternoon, and... a motorcycle? An amazing engagement session! A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of shooting an e-session with Sarah Kate and Adam. With Sarah Kate being an artist herself (be sure and check out her line of custom shoes) and Adam being a motocross racer we had plenty of inspiration. It's always so much fun when couples really let their guard down and put their personality out there, and i totally think it shows in their photos. We had so much fun hanging out with them and can't wait to shoot their wedding this Summer!

One reason we love doing e-sessions is so that we really get a chance to know our brides and grooms before their special day. We have been blessed meeting so many great couples which we are proud not to only have them as clients but also as friends. Katie and Matt's session was a perfect example of this. We had such a great time strolling through downtown with them on what started out looking like rain but ended up being a beautiful afternoon. Can't wait for their wedding at Pretty Place in October. BRIDAL: LANE - Greenville SC Bridal Photos - Poinsett Hotel

Looking back at these photos (they were shot a few months ago in mid fall 2011) i can't help but remember what an awesome time we had with Lane and her family. You couldn't have asked for better energy in the room for a photo shoot and i think the photos completely show that. What makes this session even more special was the fact that her grandparents spent their honeymoon at the original Poinsett and they still have the momentos from the occasion including the original bill. It was so cool to see part of the history of this amazing Greenville landmark. We started the session inside and ended up on the roof for an amazing sunset shoot. Step 1: Send us a photo of well, anything (kids, family, dogs, trees, you name it, just send us your favorite photo) to info@curetonphoto.com with the subject "contest". Include your name, address and phone number.

Step 2: Images will be uploaded to a special Facebook album. Voting will begin March 31st and end April 7th. To vote you must first "like" Cureton Photography on Facebook and vote by liking or commenting on the photo.

Step 3: Get your friends and family to vote on Facebook.

The photo with the most likes by April 8th will win a FREE on-location photo shoot from Cureton Photography and a package including:

The oh so tiny, fine print:

1. Only 1 vote per person.

4. The session needs to be scheduled between April 2011 to October 2011. Contest winners are responsible for any cost attributted to the shoot (ex. the location you pick charges to photograph there or has an entry fee.)

5. The session will last 1-2 hours and all the best photos will be editted and uploaded to a gallery for your viewing pleasure. Session can be used for families, kids, individuals, bands, pets, bridal, engagement. (Weddings and events are excluded.) Only 5 people per family or group is allowed
