Melanie and Jonathan’s Avenue Greenville SC Wedding was such an amazing day. From the very first moment I spoke with Melanie about her wedding I knew it would be a day to remember. An amazing couple at an amazing venue. I can’t rave enough about how much I am in love with the space at Avenue. Their team really outdid theirselves in the design and decor of this amazing venue. I can see why it is quickly becoming one of the most sought after venues in the Upstate. We can’t wait to work here again!
All of thier family and friends were so nice and fun that by the end of the day we felt like we were part of the family, and as a side note….we might be. A number of Melanie’s mother’s side of the family all have the last name Cureton, but that isn’t where it really gets crazy. Her amazing grandmother’s name is ……Ann Cureton. I kid you not. And her husband (Melanie’s grandfather who had previously passed away) was named…..John Cureton. Crazy huh? And to make it even stranger we found out on the wedding day that her grandmother and my wife even have the same middle name! What an awesome coincidence. Its like we were pre-destined to be their photographers!
I can’t thank these two enough for letting us capture this special day! Please enjoy some of my personal favorite shots from the day!

The rooftop at Avenue at night is magical. We had a blast taking some portraits of the bride and groom in this gorgeous space with an amazing view of the downtown Greenville, SC skyline.
These two were so fun to work with!
Those shoes! Aren’t they gorgeous!
What a great moment when Melanie’s mom saw her for the first time in her dress before the ceremony.
Love this moment of the bridesmaids, pastor, and family praying over the bride before the wedding ceremony.
That is the face of one happy bride. Melanie was such a fun bride all day long!
Love the entryway into Avenue in downtown Greenville.
Here is the main room at Avenue setup for the reception. Ah-mazing!
I can honestly say the rooftop patio at Avenue has quickly become one of my favorite spaces in the city. The view of the downtown skyline is amazing!
Love her dress!
So many good heartfelt speeches!
The guests danced the night away!
